Claims you owe to a loan company, more specifically "PayDay - Cash One and Cash USA" Claims he is an investigator/officer Calls from these phone numbers - 1-888-801-9075/ 1-610-713-8130 His voice: very difficult to understand, spanish speaking, heavy accent Call the police and call your local news channel and report this. My story will air in Austin TX on KXAN very soon. COPS seem useless in catching this guy but he needs to be stopped. MAKES THREATS WHEN YOU START QUESTIONING HIM AND ASK FOR INFORMATION TO BE SENT THROUGH THE MAIL.. THIS HAPPENED TO MY mom AND LUCKILY WE LEARNED THIS WAS A SCAM. JERK TRIED TO WEASEL MY MOM OUT OF $242 OR HE WOULD toss ME IN JAIL!

By trouble credit I mean a hospital bill which I'm still being pursued by collectors even though a financial rep at the hospital told me I could and most likely would receive help with the charges. She stated that I might be able to receive some or 100% aid in this matter which was due to an accident where I avoided hitting an animal at cost of breaking my left meta-carpal. Next is a loan that was took out to repair the same car before that accident but was due to the KS Ice Storm which caused many wrecks and few or more deaths the first or second week of January 2005. I'd try to pay of the loan while working at the gas station on turnpike, however. Due to the somewhat great distance and role Butler Community College seemed/was lower than should be and required more focus. Also after the broken carpal accident, Navy Federal Credit Union approved me for card which not ask for, however. It did help me pay on some things and bills which I'd aquired and agreed to help family with and even by me another vehicle, well made big payment on one then had to still receive a loan however. The latter was not truly fair as I had bought a 1992 Dodge (tiny truck) which less than 2 hours after started smoking and caught flame as headed toward El Dorado, KS to receive on turnpike to receive to work, cause that's before I'd quit. The dealership said that not able to use lemon law nor were liable for the vehicle malfunction, thus why they talked me and my uncle into receive another one from them. Then I have my bank accounts which have many issues themselves. Bank of America is a charge off due to unauthorize use of card, due to being stolen, and not know it before wrote checks and then when did find out another issue happened and thus the cops told me that the only thing would receive is 460 or little more as restution and BOA said that I'd been responsible as when the card happened to be took before had not noticed until activity not made by me happened and I'd only canceled and got another card since thought misplace or lost it, however. That was not the case and it happened be stolen by people who I just met and was ignorant in trying to help but was scammed and used. Then US Bank tricked me and caused me to have a check account in Topeka, Ks during summer 2008 thus when used my card and thought was savings debit card charged me fees when used it at places like turnpike, comic store, and few more places when balance was low. Thus not find out until the balance was negative and getting collection calls. I'd not have job yet and was attending Washburn University full time, below Federal Aid and GI Bill, I also used Check Into Cash payday loans and Loan Max to help pay some fees, college, and more. I was successful for awhile until lost my job, was not able to enroll in college again due to hold, and lost car to loan max cause not able to pay of the loan from no money anymore. Thus during Fall 2009 Washburn University was therefore forced into forcing me out of the campus and if not had friends here since been here, I'd been on road or dead due to failure of not able to maintain proper health and security. I'm currently in need of loan or way to help me receive money in legal methods that will help me find stable home or allow me income for dealing with HUD Shelter Plus Care Program (finds homeless people homes). To allow me chance to be able to fully and properly apply for career that I want, such as for now a legal researcher or secretary until receive BLS or other BA degree then become a Paralegal and leave it at that since not want more money to owe so not become a lawyer. Voting Question: How do you know if you used your car as collateral for a payday loan?

When you fill out paperwork for the payday loan you put on the paperwork (or at least that is the way it used to be) your car - make model license dish, etc. So I just wondered if that is using your car for collateral or if they have somewhere in tiny print that most people do not look at that you are using it for collateral and they can arrive receive it. Someone said earlier the only way they can repo your car is if you used it for collateral. I don't know who it would be that would be coming to repo my car but my mom got a call on her cell phone from someone acting as if they were talking to someone else but the conversation was recorded on her vm stating they could pick the car up at my moms address tonight if they can receive the order in ontime. Resolved Question: Petty Theft in South Dakota...HELP!?

Ok, I had 2 checks returned for insufficient funds, a check for $16.24, and a check for $100.00. The money was in the account at the time I wrote them, HOWEVER a payday loan I forgot about came through my account and wiped it out, which is why these 2 checks were returned. Well being stupid I never made good on them, here 5 months later, I got a warrant for my arrest, They called me and I turned myself in, and posted bond, didnt spend anytime in the cell, just got processed. I have court Monday March 8th 2010. Its charged as Petty theft for insufficient funds for less than $400. A misdemeanor. This is my first offense, Im 24 years old, and I have ZERO criminal history, not even a speeding ticket. Do you think I'll receive jail time??? Or do I need to cease worrying about that? Im facing up to a $500 fine and/or 30 days in jail, thats maximum possible...Please Give me your Advice. This was stupid and I just want to receive this cleared up now!
